Dan entered the telecommunications industry in 1994 as a reseller of Telstra products and services through Australian Communications Wholesale Services. His focus has always been to focus on customer satisfaction and the rights and opportunities of his customers, stakeholders, dealers, retail arms and people who work with him.
Backed by his skilled management team that follow these attributes he founded Voicetalk as a fully-fledged Service Provider in 1999 and created Voicetalk's innovative approach to lead generation, sales, marketing, billing and customer service.
Through Voicetalk management team it has grown into a profitable and innovative telecommunication business based on good ethical values, honest communication between business partners, customers and staff and is built on the relationship of exceptional wholesalers and suppliers.
Paula is a member of Voicetalk's founding management team, having started with the company since its inception in 1999. Paula was originally employed as a sales consultant; however she demonstrated broader skills in management and training and became a valuable member of the executive management team.
Paula realised early on that the Dynamic Business Management Principles instilled by the company Directors was quite unique and assisted in developing a Training and Management program based on these principles which is currently used in staff and management training.
Having trained and managed several departments over the years Paula is convinced that the Dynamic Business Management Principles have contributed to the company's success and development of an exceptional management team to date.
Her passion is now assisting others to develop their careers further and ensure company expansion is imminent while at the helm.
Paula is now one of the executive managers responsible for overseeing the sales and service divisions of Voicetalk. She is also responsible for the development and training of Voicetalk's valuable staff members.
Paula's in depth knowledge on the Voicetalk business combined with her hands on approach and business experience provides a valuable contribution to Voicetalk.
Craig joined Voicetalk in 2009 in the role of Billing Manager. Craig's responsibilities encompass billing production management, project management, business analysis, change control and the development and deployment of technology and billing services across the company.
Craig has over 20 years experience in the Telecommunications & Subscription Television Industries and brings to the Voicetalk Group a wealth of experience in billing, revenue assurance and operational management.
Since joining Voicetalk Craig has been heavily involved in implementing process controls, process automation and reporting that ensure all Voicetalk customers are billed in a timely and accurate manner.
In fact Voicetalk boasts over 98.5% billing accuracy, which is an outstanding accomplishment by Craig within such a short period. Many billing and technical improvements have already been implemented with Craig at the helm.
Craig is excited to bring his wealth of knowledge and Drive Voicetalk's billing platform upgrade and redevelopment program, which coincides with the company expansion program.
Sandie Royle joined Voicetalk in 2010 and is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) from the UK.
Over the past 20 years, Sandie has worked in private practice for Chartered Accountants firms in UK and Australia and corporate accounting in UK, Hong Kong and Australia. For the past 5 years Sandie was company accountant for one of Australia’s fastest growing retail franchisors, based in Sydney.
At Voicetalk Sandie is responsible for employing "best practice" systems and procedures, financial management and accountability and the development of strict reporting and monitoring.
Sandie loves keeping fit, enjoys the outdoors and can be seen riding her bike to work most mornings.
