All prices are exclusive of GST. Minimum cost for $99 bundle over 24 months is $2376 ex GST. Call rates for $100 cap value: local calls 20 c per call, National calls 20 c per min with 20 c flag fall, calls to mobile 40c per min with 40c flag fall. Once cap reached, call rates are: local calls 10 c per call, National calls 10 c per min with 10 c flag fall, calls to mobile 20c per min with 20c flag fall. Other calls rates: 13/1300 numbers are charged at 33c per call, 019 numbers 33c per call and landline originated SMS 25c per call. International calls, 1900 numbers, value added services and directory assistance are charged in addition. Cancellation fees of 50% of plan value apply for remaining term of contract. ADSL option includes a modem delivery fee of $14.50. 20 GB ADSL is made up of 10 GB peak and 10 GB in off peak. Peak times are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm Brisbane time. You will be given fastest ADSL option available in your area. Change of address incurs a relocation fee of $100. If you exceed monthly quota (which includes uploads and downloads) then excess data will be charged at $0.05 per Mb, up to 1 GB in peak and 1 GB off peak, after which speed will be shaped to 64 Kbps until your next billing period. A deferred modem connection fee of $75 applies and will be waived once you have service for over 12 months. If you cancel your contract within 12 months, this modem connection fee will be payable. 6 GB wireless broadband option includes a modem delivery fee of $10.90. Optus 3G coverage not available in NT and TAS and is subject to network availability. 6 GB usage is calculated by aggregating both downloads and uploads for the month. Excess usage charged at 8c per Mb up to max limit of 10 GB, after which access will cease until next month. Refer to our website for full terms and conditions.
