Specific call rates: Local calls 12c, National calls 15c per min with 15 c flag fall, calls to mobile 30c per min with 30c flag fall. Plan conditional upon use as outbound line making at least $30 worth of calls each month. If it is not, we reserve right to apply minimum spend of $30. Excess ADSL data will be charged at $0.05 per Mb up to 2 GB, after which speed is shaped. Cancellation fee of 65% of plan charge for remaining term of contract. Synergy $99: Minimum cost over 24 months is $2376 ex GST. Specific call rates: calls to mobile 25c per min with 25c flag fall. Excess ADSL data will be charged at $0.05 per Mb up to 2 GB, after which speed is shaped. Cancellation fee of 50% of plan charge for remaining term of contract. Synergy $169: Minimum cost over 24 months is $4056 ex GST. No Excess charged on ADSL data once limit is reached speed will be shaped to 64kbps. Cancellation fee of 35% of plan charge for remaining term of contract. All plans: If customer opts for 6 GB wireless broadband, then excess usage will be charged at 8c per Mb. Other calls rates: 13/1300 numbers are charged at 33c per call, 019 numbers 33c per call and landline originated SMS 25c per call. International calls, 1900 numbers, value added services and directory assistance are charged in addition. A deferred modem fee of $75 applies to all accounts and will be waived once customer has service for over 12 months. If customer cancels contract within first 12 months, modem connection fee will be payable.
